Shipping policy

Shipping:

Orders marked for pre-order will ship in accordance to the dates listed in the item description. Ship dates are subject to change.

Orders will generally be processed within two to five (2-5) business days, but may take up to ten(10) business days. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. Pre-order Items out of stock or on backorder may require a slight wait..

Please note the following:

Your desired shipping method goes into effect AFTER your entire order is processed.

If you select "Standard" shipping, we CANNOT guarantee you will get these items in those time periods. This IS NOT expedited shipping.

Paying with an e-check on Paypal? Your processing begins once your e-check clears, not when you send it.

Economy:
You will receive an email from Sidewalk with a delivery confirmation number, indicating that your order has been shipped. Orders shipping via USPS and should arrive within three (3) to seven (7) days. If you haven't received your order within 21 days of shipping, please email us with your name, account email address, and transaction number, and we will do our best to track down your order. Claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages cannot be processed if it has been more than 90 days since your order has shipped. 

International: If you haven't received your order within 45 days of shipping, please email us with your name, account email address and order number, and we will file a claim with a third party insurance provider. Claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages cannot be processed if it has been more than 90 days since your order has shipped.  At this time, the following countries are NOT covered under our third party insurance provider.
